What Causes Lower Abdominal Discomfort During Menstruation?
Hi, there I m a 20 year old female. I have problem with menstrual cramp every time it comes. Ibuprofen is my only way to feel somewhat comfortable.Even birth control pills did not help me when I used to take them. I feel very strong discomfort in my abdomen and my lower limb muscles and lower back, drastic mood swings, and compromised appetite for food. My temperature is also higher during this times and I can hardly sleep, especially on the first day. Are these things common to all? Will this continued pain have any negative impact on my reproductive health?
