What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Having An Abortion?

I AM 23.JUST 3DAYS AGO I HAVE CLINICAL ABORTION.MY DR.PRESCRIBE ME TRAPIC MF FOR 3DAYS AND ORNI O TABLETS 5DAYS DAILY 2DOSE.I HAVE JUST LITTLE STRECHING PAIN LOWER ABDOMEN AND SOME TIME OF VAGINA ONLY WHEN SLEEP IN BED.OTHER TIME THIS PAIN SO LITTLE.IS THIS OK DR.I JUST WANT THEN I AM FINE ALL OVER.6WEEKS 4DAYS PRAGNANCY AND THEN I HAVE SOME BLEEDING THEN MY DR ADVISE ME IMMEDIATE TVS EXAM.BUT TVS RESULT THEN THE BABY CARDIAC PULSATION IS NOT FOUND.SO DR ADVISE DO THE ABORTION.

Hi welcome to HCM....

For bleeding your doctor has given you trenexemic acid and also antibiotic as might suspecting infection...

Your USG report shows absent of cardiac activity ....
Means fetus has died in uterus. ..
No more viable embryo is there ...
So should be terminated ....Your doc is on right pathway....

So consult gynecologist for as soon as possible for termination ....
This will prevent subsequent infection and DIC like complication also ...

You will be aborted with mifepristone and misoprostol combination therapy or by D& E procedure ......These should be done under strict observation of gynecologist , not tried at home for abortion by drugs ...
