What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Hymen Break?

There is a young girl that was petting with her boyfriend when things got heated. Through fingering it appears her hymen was broken. Problem is she s complaining of lower abdominal pain. It had been about 18 hours since it happened. She also says she feels lighthearted, and heart racing. Is this normal? I m 70 but don t remember such things.

well hymen tear as it is won't cause much pain.. may be due to friction or trauma to the adjacent... or pain as it was in virgin... n the light hearted and heart racing is just tension due to the hymen tear n fear
