Please type your query here...am 27,my period started 5th may and lasted 4 4days had sex wit my bf for 9days afta my period usin withdrawal method-4days afta ovultn i started feelin slight pain at lower abdomen,but has stopped.lastnyte durin sex i notice a thick creamy disch on his penis,4 dnt hv sore nipple,or enlarge boobs.thanks

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Pain around the ovulation period is due to the rupture of the capsule to release the ovum and is sometimes associated with spotting. This is called 'Mittelschmerz'. Withdrawal method has a high failure rate and since you had sexual intercourse during the time of ovulation, your chances of conception are good enough. Pain a few days after ovulation is often seen with very early pregnancy as the fertilized ovum traverses through the fallopian tube and implants into the wall of the uterus. The latter event can give rise to some fresh spotting. Please go for a HPT between 3-7 days if you miss your next period or go for the blood test now to confirm/exclude pregnancy and plan further management. Hope this helps.
