What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking Dornis?

Hi. I m priyanka my both ovaries are cystic recently I had very bad pain on my lower abdomen and I was having my periods on the cycle of 15 days..... I went to my gynecologist she has prescribed me dornis 30 and rapeed l but now I m suffering with no bleeding after my periods and i have sudden pain on lower abdomen.... I want to know if any thing is serious.......
