What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Unprotected Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex almost 3 months ago multiple times and 2 nights ago i had sex with someone totally different using protection and now im feeling pains in my lower stomach, yesterday the pains were constant but today the pains are coming and going. Could I be pregnant or could this be something else? Is this something I should be concerned about or it is nothing to worry about?

HI
Well come to HCM
Pregnancy is just out of the question because it can not be the conception but it could be pain due to infection it could be due to urinary tract infection this is the first possibility can be thought according to history given, and of course it is the matter of concern, I would advise to get done the urine test, or else condition can be managed with Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day for three days on tentative basis, if this the amenorrhea (No menses till few weeks) then you can go for ultrasonography just to rule out the conception, taka care and have nice day.
