What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Bleeding?

Hi

I am a 30 year old female, married.I've always had menstrual pains but it got worse two months ago with a lot of bleeding and excruciating pain concentrated in my left lower abdomen and pain killers didnt seem to work. Even after the period i still fell the pain. A few hours ago i was touch my abdomen when i felt LUMP in the lower abdomen area, the same spot a feel the most pain always and it hurts. My last period was about two weeks ago but i feel pain now without even touching the lump.Should i worry? Pls help.
