What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Hi, I had UTI 4months back. I was proscribed antibiotics few days. And repeated urine culture showed no bacteria or puss cells. Doctor said everything is fine after that. But it's almost 4months now and whenever I pass urine I get burning sensation and lower abdominal pain after passing. Each time I urinate it takes 15-20mins to come back to normal. Doctors are not able to diagnose what s the cause. But if I have citralka it's better. Please advise.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having recurrence of urinary tract infection producing burning pain while urinating and pain in lower abdomen.
It requires urine checkup with culture and sensitivity before starting any antibiotic medicine.
This will give idea regarding infection and antibiotic medicine working against these organism.
After report go for appropriate antibiotic medicine treatment for long time.
There might be having high acid pH producing burning for long time.
Continue with Citralka.
Take plenty of water as well.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
