Hello

Lower abdominal pain may be due to many causes like pelvic pathology, genitourinary calculus, intestine pathology etc.
You may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver and renal function test, urine and stool RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very helpful and it can exclude many causes.
Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

Get well soon.
Take Care
