What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea After Hysterectomy?
I have sharp pains that increase over time in my lower right side. Which seems to move over to the Left as well. I have been nauseated all day and seem to get light head/ dizzy as I stand to walk. At one time I thought maybe I had a fever. Since I was freezing cold one minute. Went to put on my sweater and before you know it I m sweating. Took my sweater off and forced myself to keep it off the rest of the day. Cant get in to see the Dr till 3:30 tomorrow. But I lay down and the pain causing me to stand. I stand it causes me to bend over. I sit and it gets intense again and I have to stand and breath through the stabbing pain. I ve had a hysterectomy and one whole overy removed and all by 10% of the other. So I m really wondering if this is something I should be concerned about?
Hi there,I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options. First of all do not panic. Secondly, your sweating and heat intolerance can be considered as post menopausal changes. You can seek prescription help from your treating gynecologist for getting phytoestrogens. Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Secondly, for your right sided migrating pain, please look for tummy upset if any. You can use Pre pro biotics to start with. If needed use of Norfloxacin and Ornidazole combination pills twice a day for 5 days will be of help.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
