What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea During Bowel Movement?
Hi I have been taking care of an elderly lady 97 years old . She has had stomach problems for years . The pain is in the lower part of her stomach on both sides . She has had ct scans done , blood work , and they find nothing . When she has a bowel movement or urinates it hurts her stomach and she gets exstremely nauseated. Can you help me to help her .

Tests for urinalysis and stool examination can tell diagnosis in a good sense. Ask for hemorrhoids or constipation history, accordingly, it can be treated.
