What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Pink/orange Discharge?

I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome and have irregular cycles my last one was in November.....for the last 4 days i have no been able to keep food down and went to er.. they gave me something for nausea and fluids for dehydration without running any kind of pregnancy tests due to my condition...Then today i have been having severe lower stomach pains and my cycle starts it is bright pink and orange...was wondering if i am okay or if i need to return to hospital
