What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During A Bowel Movement?

I ve been having some pressure on my ovaries lately, could this mean that I am ovulating? I just finished my menstrual cycle and I normally have sharp, cramp like pain on ovaries! Especially during a bowel movement. All of sudden I started to get the urgency to pee as well.

Here you have pain over ovarian region and having urinary urgency...

So ovarian causes, fibroid and UTI should be ruled out. ...

For that work up needed with. ....
-Urine examination
-per speculum and pelvic examination
-USG

Than according to cause specific treatment can be guided

For ex. If ovarian cyst present than hormonal pill needed

Take care

Gynecologist or physician consultation for examination and further work up
