What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Workout?

helo sir,am 24yrs old male...i used to do workouts.whenever i do triceps pull down work out..i feel an immediate pain in lower abdomen...little above the private part...wt could b the reason behind this sir..is it advisable to continue those workouts...guide me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Feeling lower abdominal pain during workout is mainly due to abdominal muscle spasms.
Kindly apply analgesic creams on the abdomen before you start workout. Also consume good quantity of fluids and electrolyte powder before and after workout.
Consuming a glass of milk at bedtime would help as it is rich source of calcium and it would strengthen your muscles.
