What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Frequent Urination And Spotting?

Okay, I am a 19 year old female. I m having horrible pains in the lower left side of my belly, and I feel like I ve got to use the restroom every 5 seconds. I got off my period 5 days ago, 2 days ago I peed and it was clear, when I wiped, it was very pink. What could possibly be wrong?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute urinary tract infection following period.
Go for routine urine checkup for infection.
After report your doctor will go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile take plenty of water.
Keep local hygiene proper.
