What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Heart Palpitations, Frequent Urination And Gas?

I have been having weird symptoms such as excessive gas, excessive vaginal discharge, frequent urination, sore throat, lower abdominal pain, shaky hands, rapid heartbeat, loss of appetite.... I have been overly stressed and anxious the past couple weeks but I m not sure that is what is causing these symptoms. Although I wasn t sure I was at risk for pregnancy, I took 2 pregnancy test and they were both negative. Doctor didn t find anything weird in my blood tests. What could it be?

As per your history is concerned you have many problems so to ruled out most common pelvic pathology do a pelvic trasvaginal ultrasound and do an ECG test.Take iron and b-complex regularly.
