What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain In Children?

Hi Dr I have a 4 yr old son, who has woken up the last 2 nights complaining of lower abdominal pain. We had a look today and have noticed his testiculs have gone up. He has been sick for last 2weeks coughing lots and running nose. We are currently overseas and wondering whether should see a G.P? Many thanks Tina YYYY@YYYY
