What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Sleeplessness?

Why are both my kidneys paining server I also feel like vomiting when pain is a 11 out of 10 also I don t drink and take any drugs please let me no what I should do as I have had no sleep all night because of the pain also I am weeing so not dehydrated please help me :( my age is 43 I have 3 children My email is YYYY@YYYY

Hello there,
You seem to be having one of 2 possible problems- either an attack of appendicitis or a kidney stone. Both of these are treatable but you need to go to a hospital and get an ultrasound abdomen to differentiate between the two. Once the reports are there I could advise you on further treatment.
