What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

hello doctor,i have pain on the right lower quadrant of my abdoment adjacent to hip bone radiating posterior to my right flank region most often.Though its bearable I doubt if there is any kidney problems,since i do not have enough fluid intake,have very dehydrated and dry flaky skin

I really appreciate your concern, such pain always need to be sent for x-ray study and ultrasonography test just rule out the stone condition and other possibilities which is of course age and gender related and you have not informed anything about this, hope this information helps.
