General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to many medical conditions.

I suggest doing some examination for further evaluation.

I recommend a complete blood count, a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound.

Meanwhile, I suggest using Buscopan for the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
