What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When I Sneeze Or Cough?

I have been having pain in my lower left abdomen for a couple of months now. The pain is worse when coughing, sneezing and getting up from a sitting position. There is also a stinging burning pain. The pain would get better for a few days but then it would come back. Now the pain is more severe and more constant. I thought it was maybe a pulled muscle but it has not gotten better and is just getting worse. I am a 33 year old female. Please help!
