OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Endometriosis is associated with severe pain in lower abdomen during menstruation, known as congestive dysmenorrhea. It is due to severe adhesions and chemicals secreted by endometriotic implants or due to endometriotic cyst.
Ectopic pregnancy is highly unlikely if you had a previous tubal ligation, and moreover you are having your periods.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
