What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Suffering From Kidney Stones?

I'm a 32year old female. Hx: gallstones, kidney stones, ovarian cysts. Currently having sharp pain in lower right quadrant, radiating into leg. Unable to void completely. Nausea. Low grade fever. Pain is unlike that of previous stones or cysts. Rx pain meds and motrin not relieving pain.

HI. Read the history. This looks like a stone impacted in the lower part of the ureter.
Please confirm by ultrasonography and get treated accordingly.
