What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While Emptying The Bladder?
Hi, I am a male, 33, caucasian, 6 tall, 200lbs. My diet is poor, maybe the simple answer but the last couple months I have had lower abdominal pain (sharp) when emptying my bladder sometimes. Sometimes just when sitting around it is present as well. The last couple days I have had stomach cramps/discomfort and today my palms started getting sweaty. Every now and then the stomach discomfort makes me feel a touch queasy for a few seconds. Should I be concerned or just start eating right again and see what happens. Thank you for your time.
Hi, From you symptoms,it seems that you may be having Urinary tract infection, Urinary tract calculi(stone), G.I infection etc
I advise you to have a course of antibiotics like cefixime and azithromycin, Dicyclomine tablet for abdominal pain, an alkaliser, Flavoxate tablets, and a multivitamin capsule in the required dosage.
Get some investigations done- Complete blood count, Urine for r/e and c/s, Renal function test, USG whole abdomen.
Review these reports with your physician. Have plenty of oral fluids. Take care.
