What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While On Primolut N?

Hi, I was constantly on primolut N for over a year now. I stopped taking it this year February. I did not take any in March and April. End of April I ovulated . Tommy cramps and painful breast. May 1st I am spotting, my period ain’t flowing and I am still having lower abdomen pain. Please what could be the problem as I am worried
