hi! I'm an 18 year old girl and I'm having lower stomach/abdominal pain. its not like continuous but everytime I sit up or try to lay down, laugh, sneeze, or try to do an exercise like push-ups or go down in a split (I do gymnastics) I feel it. its not like a burning pain, its more of like a random pain, kinda sharp. it also hurts if I move a certain way and sometimes when I walk. I'm curious as to what is causing it! thank you in advance!
