What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Brown And Watery Vaginal Discharge?
Hi I m concerned I have a slight pain in my lower side and I m having a brown discharge and some times its just like water it just gushes out something I m 39 and I m not due my period I get this after sex it s being going on now for a few months but it clears up after a few days can you please help me thank you

The reason for your symptoms could be either due to cervical inflammation (cervicitis) or due to pelvic inflammatory disease. The reason for brown discharge is due to outflow of old or retained blood. You need to take an ultrasound scan of the abdomen. Kindly consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
