What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Burning Sensation During Urination?
I had a termination two months ago and been suffering from reoccuring thrush. Urine has come back clear and i am waiting on blood results for glucose levels. I now have lower tummy pain and feel bloated And i am not due on my period. It burns when i urinate. I am hot but with now temperature. Could this be a slow infection or my body readjusting Or an infection? My doctors are slow and unhelpful.
In my opinion and according to given history, you most probably suffering from urinary tract infection.
In my OPD if patient comes with symptoms of urinary tract infection I usually advice urine routine and give pyridium for temporary relief of symptoms.advice them to follow up with reports. If investigation confirms infection of urinary tract will prescribe appropriate antibiotic with appropriate dose according to age of patient. If report is negative then will search for other causes of burning micturition.
You should consult your general physician for further treatment and investigation.
Hopefully i solved your query.
Drink plenty of water as of now.
Have a wonderful day
