What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain With Spotting?

Hello Doctor
My periods started a day before, but have seen very little of bleeding yesterday, and not seeing any more.

I am feeling sever lower abdomen pain..

I had one ectopic surgery 4 years ago, and segerion 20 months ago and laproscopy an year ago..

Not sure what is causing pain now.. can you help me to understand what is going on..
