What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have had abdominal pain, like a dull pain where my ovaries are located and my lower back for the past few days. My period is not due for at least another 10 days. I ve also been very emotional recently. Starting to tear up from minor things and unable to control my mood.

Thanks for your query.
The pain in lower abdomen along with lower back can be due to the following resons:
Enteritis
Colitis
Salpingitis
Ovarian cyst or its torsion
IBS
You have not mentioned any other symptoms either related to intestinal or bowel habits.
Consult a Doctor to get examined and get ultrasonography done just to rule out some of the reasons known to cause problems as mentioned and get treated accordingly, May be for the emotional upset or so.
