Hi,

Lower abdomen pain in a lady can be due to many causes and there are about 13 to 14 common causes.

Pregnancy-related pain is an important cause and if your pregnancy test is positive then you need to repeat the pregnancy urine test and then discuss with your doctor if there is a necessity to do a pelvis ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vivek Chail, Radiologist
