What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

dear doctor from last night i have severe pain in lower abdomen and it spreds to my toe so my two legs also paining .befor 1 year i was diagnosed as pcod but before 1 month i started taking tablet metformin with a local doctor am worried y suddely this pain form last night?any problem?

Thanks for your query.
As per your complaint of lower abdominal pain and your diagnosis of pcod , you sHould do ultrasound for pelvis and lab test of hormones to know the status of pcod.
Then consult a gynecologist for proper medicines.
