What Causes Lower Back Ache And Smelly Vaginal Discharge Post Menstruation?

i m 22 yr old unmarried girl, having post menstrual backache and lower abdominal pain from 2 months and vaginal discharge from 3 months which is clear and not foul smelling on ultra sound everything is normal except ovaries are found to be adherant to uterus.. what should b the probable diagnosis and treatment???/
