General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having pinched nerve pressure symptoms producing Sciatica due to osteoartheritis of lumbar spines.
You might require MRI of lumbar spines.
Consult spine specialist and get examined. He will decide to go for conservative line of treatment like short way diathermy, physiotherapy or lumbar traction or any surgical line of treatment.
Meanwhile go for back extension exercises.
Avoid squatting position, lifting heavy weight.
Ok and take care.
