What Causes Lower Back And Leg Pain During 35 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
Hi I m 35 weeks pregnant and I have a uti that is getting treated but I ve been having lower back and leg pain that won t go away and my stomach is hard what seems like 24/7 but I am using the restroom and it s clear but I have yellow mucus discharge and the baby is moving but not as much as usual should I go to the hospital?
Some leg pain and abdominal discomfort is common in third trimester, and need not be worried unless it is sever or progressive.
But yellow or foul smelling discharge (normal physiological discharge is white or mucoid, not yellow)and a decrease in perceived fetal movements from the baseline is something that need to be evaluated. It is better you go and see your doctor to ensure well being.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
