Hi,

Some leg pain and abdominal discomfort is common in third trimester, and need not be worried unless it is sever or progressive.

But yellow or foul smelling discharge (normal physiological discharge is white or mucoid, not yellow)and a decrease in perceived fetal movements from the baseline is something that need to be evaluated. It is better you go and see your doctor to ensure well being.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
