What Causes Lower Back Pain After Using Inserts For Plantar Fasciitis?
I ve been having foot pain so I bought shoe inserts. I ve tried several varieties and all seem to help ease the foot pain. Yesterday, however, I wore inserts for plantar fasciitis all day at work (about 9 hours). Now, today, I have paid in my lower back about where the kidneys are. Do you think I stick to the regular inserts (gel, or others that support the arch and heel)? Thanks for your help!

What Causes Lower Back Pain After Using Inserts For Plantar Fasciitis?
Hello, As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. An MRI spine is required for further assessment. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
