OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting after hysterectomy can be due to local lesions in the vagina or the vaginal vault including vault cancer.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and get properly treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
