What Causes Lower Back Pain And Cramps During Menstruation?

before having children i had a normal manstruation, but with my first pregnancy(high risk) the doctors descoverd that i have endometrosis and during an emegency c-sectin accedently cut some of it as a result i couldnt stop bleeding during the op. and since my second child i am experiecing extreme lower back pain and cramps during my menstrual cycle

Hello,

Causes of lower back pain and cramps during menstruation are uterine contractions. You can take tablet Meftal spas during pain. Other causes may be a polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD), sexually transmitted diseases, pelvic infection. Do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Treatment will be based on underlying conditions. I will suggest you follow up with detail history or consult with a gynecologist for a detailed examination.
