What Causes Lower Back Pain And Hip Pain?

I have lower back pain, aches in both sides of my hips, and at times it feels like something is moving in my inner hips only one side at a time. It switches back and fourth during the day. the pain level between 1 to 10 ten being the highest. It s a 1 or a 2

Hi thanks for asking question.

You could have simple osteoarthritis of joint with advancing age.
Hip x ray can be helpful for it. .

Second you might have osteoporosis like condition if you are old age female.X ray can reveal few changes related to it.

Here you can have associated vitamin D or calcium deficiency ..that is to be corrected.

If fever and other sign and symptoms of multiorgan involvement RA factor done to rule out rheumatoid arthritis.

Mild exercise done daily.

According to cause treatment done.
