What Causes Lower Back Pain And Leg Joint Pain After The Menstrual Periods?

Hai I am Komala I am 39 years old, my height is 5.1 & weight is 59, not every day, sometimes when I am hungry, lack of sleep, work load in office at that time I get headace, I use table, & it will be ok, I feel dizziness to my head part, I feel like lying down my body will be active, & last month after menstral lasted I got lower back pain, this month after menstral lasted I got leg joint pain, can u pls tell me is this the symptom of diabites or low or high bp, or any other disease.
