What Causes Lower Back Pain And Semen In Urine?
hello dr iam ramesh . at age 12 i started masturbation . i use mmasturbation reguley.my prombles are 1 from 2 year i have low back pain ,nape pain ,from last 5moth sperm r going thuoght urine ,night fall 10 days after 10 days, i have buring sense.

In ny opinion the cause is most probably a urinary tract infection. The semen you feel is seen in your urine is most probably white discharge and not semen itself unless proven. I would strongly recommend discontinuation of masturbation till you are completely cured, for which you will have to visit a doctor and provide your urine sample for analysis.
