General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to problems with spine like intervertebral disc herniation in lumbo sacral area. A physical examination by orthopedician will be helpful to rule out this and X ray followed by MRI might be required to confirm it. Muscle relaxants like tizanidine, NSAIDs like nimusulide and neurotropic drugs like pregabalin and methylcobalamin will be helpful for this. Physiotherapy like TENS ,massage and muscle strengthening exercises also should be done along with this. Wearing lumbar supporting belts also helps.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
