General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lower back pain along with tingling sensation in the legs is commonly related to some issue in the lumbar vertebrae like bulging of the disc from intervertebral space or compression of the nerve that can lead to these symptoms.

Whenever patients come to me with similar symptoms it causes most probably, during exercise this can happen especially in the gym, I advise them to take a break from exercising for some days if you do and get an MRI spine done.

I would suggest you visit a doctor with your MRI scan reports so that he can do your physical examination with a history which is important to know the underlying cause for the pain.

As well as sometimes there is need of other diagnostic tests which your doctor will ask you to do.

Once the diagnosis is done, he will give you appropriate medicines which will provide relief. Also if necessary he will advice you to see a physiotherapist for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
