What Causes Lower Back Pain, Cramps And Itchy Nipples?

I had unprotected sex dates april 11 and 18. I took TRUST morning after pills after each intercourse. I m feeling lower back pains, cramps, fishy smell while urinating, itchy nipples, and tender breasts. I almost puked also when I am feeling sad after crying. I also have headaches often. Am I pregnant?

Pregnancy chance is less if you had take morning after pill with in 72 hour of unprotected sexual intercourse. You have to confirm the pregnancy if period is missed by 10 days from your normal period date. If pregnancy test is not positive, follow below advice.
Back pain, cramps and itchy nipples are may be due to hormonal imbalance that is produced by morning after pills as you taken two times. Better to avoid frequent use. Fishy smells may be due to vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis or STDs.
Exact diagnosis require pelvic examination, swab test, vaginal cell microscopy, KOH mount preperation, PCR and NAAT test by consulting the gynecologist.
Doctor may provide following advice:
Tablet meftal saps, tablet metronidazole, maintain pelvic hygiene, wear pure cotton loose inner wear, wipe urinating area before and after urination, lactobacilli vaginally/orally, avoid sex till you get better.
