I have been having lower left side back pain recently. I don t really have any other symptoms. i do have ibs. i have been going to the chiropractor 3 times a week. it comes and goes. it usually bothers me when i am standing. i did mention it to my primary dr. and he did do a urin test with everything being ok. i just find it strange that this has come on all of a sudden.

You have problem of lower back pain with irritable bowel syndrom. Constipation, bloting or gas problem cause reffrerred pain at lower back area.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment. Relieve gas and constipation problem. Avoid fatty food and junk foods. Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking. Simethicone drug help for gas relief. Drink more water.
Relaxation therapy is helpful. Muscle relaxation and deep breathing help a lot. Acupuncture helpful to relieve pain in lower back. Yoga is more helpful for lower back pain.
