What Causes Lower Back Pain During 6th Month Of Pregnancy?

Hello my name is Vivian martinez, I m wondering what else can I drink other then drinking regular Tylenol or what should I do with this really lower back pain Im 6months pregnant and I just keep getting frustrated I can t sit or lay on my back for to long please help me

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion as months increase the alteration in spine curvature might cause back pain usually.Or it might be muscular pain.If back pain is associated with pain or tightness of abdomen it might suggest preterm labour.Pain due to alteration in spine curvature might subside after delivery.Some type of non.specific pains appear in.pregnancy in a few people which subside spontaneously before or after delivery.Take Tylenol and apply local balms and hot fomentation.Check your posture during sitting.
