What Causes Lower Back Pain During Bowel Movement?

I m having lower back pain that s associated with my bowel movement, the pain is there until I have a bowel movement and then if feels better, my stool color is a light to medium green. My urine color is normal and no pain there, no abdominal pain, when I pass gas sometimes it relieves the symptom somewhat, what gives ?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms mostly indicative of colitis, for confirmation may needs further investigation like colonoscopy, stool examination, routine blood test, it may be infection too, hope this information helps.
