What Causes Lower Back Pain, Fatigue And Nausea?

Hi, I have been pregnant before and not long ago either...I am on the pill but missed three days in a row. I have noticed my breasts feeling bigger and I think my nipples and areolas are darker. They look that way to me. Lower back pain, breast tenderness, fatigue, nausea, bloating. My period is regulated from my birth control, i bled somewhat but it seemed different last month. Usually i start spotting on the 21st and then my actual period starts rhe 24-28..i bled a little but once the 24th arrived, nothing. P.s just had my son 5 months ago on 11/30/14

Thank You for contacting HCM.

These can be symptoms of both pregnancy as well as PMS (pre menstural syndrome).
If your periods are over due then go for
>pelvic ultrasound.
>serum Beta Hcg.
> Or pregnancy test.
But if they are yet to come then you should wait.
Because it may be starting of your periods.
And sometimes you may experience such symptoms after taking birth control pill.
