What Causes Lower Back Pain, Hip Pain And Discomfort In Spine?

I recently started having some pretty severe lower back pain that is now creating pain in my hips. Also muscle spasms in back and some discomfort moving up my spine to the middle of my back. I have not injured it in anyway that I am aware of. Should I be worried and see my GP.

Hello there ! Thank you for asking HCM !

Depending on your other co-morbid condition and age factor , such pain can be justified.

You can safely try over the counter pain killer if you can , also make sure you take good amount of water along with it.

All the areas of pain you have described are inter related , there can be possibility of some nerve irritation that may be creating such pain .

Try the usual pain killer , if it persist , you may need to go for lower spine x ray . Thanks .
