What Causes Lower Back Pain On The Left Side With Abdomen Cramps?

Yes, thank you, I m having lower back pain, on the left lower side, and having abdominal cramping, and with the lower back pain I have had pain in my hip and leg. I ve even had a bout with heartburn and I ve never had heartburn before, my stomach feels hard and tender, what do I have?

having hyper acidity and seviour gastritis lower back pan can be lumbosacral pivd. MRI to be taken and consult neuro surgeon with MRI report for examination and advise on treatment
